I am taking billberry and eyebright and a couple of other vitamins that are helping. Are there any eye exercises I can add that will help? The vitamins are working a little but I want more support.

A health, balanced diet has a definite role to play in maintaining good eyesight, with vitamin A holding the key to many eye disorders. Besides Bilberry, Other herbs, including Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos) and Sutherlandia frutescens, are well-established anti-oxidants and assist in maintaining a healthy supply of blood, oxygen and essential nutrients to the eye, while neutralizing the damaging effects of free radicals in the body.

These anti-oxidants take care of the oxidative stress caused by, including but not limited to, smoking & harmful effects of sunlight on your eyes.
